Christ speaks in the upper room on the night before his death. He promises another Advocate — the Spirit of truth — and names the single condition of reception: love expressed in obedience. Outside these walls the world neither sees this Spirit nor has any capacity to know him.

The City of Man’s formation cannot receive the Spirit of truth because it has named earthly flourishing as the Beatific Vision’s counterfeit — and a formation governed by worldly love has no category for what is unseen. No program of social improvement, however noble, produces the love that opens a soul to the Spirit of truth.
The test is not whether your school uses Catholic vocabulary but whether it names the Beatific Vision as formation’s proper terminus: does your curriculum lead students toward the unseen God — or does it give earthly flourishing the last word?
